No Academic Credit

Paid Services
The Company offers paid Services (e.g., certification for certain trainings) for a fee. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for the Company and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associate with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on various factors and the Company reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. Refunds may be available for paid Services as described in our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
In most cases, if you pay for a course, you can request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) after your payment.
Once you have earned you Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the two-week refund period.
Honor Code
All users participating in Services must agree to abide by the following code:
· I will register for only one account, unless expressly permitted to register for additional accounts by the Company.
· My answers to quizzes, exams, and other assignments will be my own work (except for any assignments that explicitly permit collaboration).
· I will not make solutions to quizzes, exams, and other assignments available to anyone else (except to the extent an assignment explicitly permits sharing solutions). This includes both solutions written by me, as well as any solutions provided by the course instructors or others.
· I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.
Any violation of this code may result in your access to all or part of the Services being suspended, disabled, or terminated.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

The limitation of liability set out above does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Arbitration
At Company’s sole discretion, it may require You to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Massachusetts law.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Willow Street Legal regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
